Hobie Polarized Sunglasses are warranted for to the original registered purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship.Frames are warranted for life and our lenses are warranted for one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to sunglasses that have been subject to improper or unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, accidental breakage or scratched lenses. We will repair or replace, at our option, any pair of Hobie Polarized Sunglasses manufactured and distributed by Eyeking, LLC beginning with the 2004 collection that falls within the guidelines of this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights.You may also have other rights which vary from state to state
